Sustainable Impact in Action: Mitsui Leasing Lampung Branch Channels Asset Donation to Support Educational Facilities at Qoroba Mulya Orphanage

LAMPUNG, May 2026 – PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia (Mitsui Leasing) continues to reinforce its corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitment through an impactful office asset donation program. Most recently, the Lampung Branch Office successfully realized this initiative by repurposing office assets to support the educational infrastructure of the Qoroba Mulya Orphanage.

The handover event, which took place on May 6, 2026, was initiated following the downsizing and spatial optimization of the Lampung Branch Office. Rather than retiring functional equipment, the company chose to redirect these valuable resources to create a tangible, positive impact for the surrounding local community.

Enhancing Learning Infrastructure for Children

As part of this community engagement initiative, the Lampung Branch Office donated a series of well-maintained office inventory items, consisting of:

  • 15 units of office desks.
  • 1 unit of storage cabinet.

The donated assets are intended to provide essential educational infrastructure and furniture for the children at the orphanage, significantly improving their daily learning environment and study comfort.

The symbolic handover was facilitated by Ninus Kurniadi as the Branch Service Lead of the Lampung Branch Office and received by Susanti as the Head of the Education Division at the Qoroba Mulya Orphanage.

Commitment to Sustainability and Social Value

This initiative underscores Mitsui Leasing’s ongoing dedication to sustainable community development alongside its core business operations. By optimizing and repurposing company assets, Mitsui Leasing delivers meaningful value to those in need while reinforcing its reputation as a socially responsible corporate entity.

The social program was executed with exceptional efficiency, seamlessly aligning with the branch's facility management schedule. This initiative is expected to inspire long-term positive impacts and support the educational development of the children at the orphanage.
