Yasuaki Miyaoka

President Director

A Japanese citizen. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rikkyo University, Japan, in 1997.

Professional Experience:
He has built an extensive career with JA Mitsui Leasing, Ltd. (JAML), Japan since 1997, holding various strategic positions both at the head office and abroad. He held positions as Senior Manager in the Global Electronics Division (2013) and at JA Mitsui Leasing Singapore Pte. Ltd. (2013–2015). From 2015 to 2018, he was assigned to Indonesia as Executive Director of PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia. Upon returning to Japan, he led several key divisions at JAML, including the ICT Solution Department (2018–2020), Industrial Machinery Department I (2020–2021) as Assistant General Manager, and the General Affairs & Corporate Planning Division of JA Mitsui Auto, Ltd. (fully owned by JAML) as General Manager (2021–2024). Since April 2024, he has been serving as Deputy General Manager of the Overseas Management Division, JAML.

Appointment and Responsibilities:
He was first appointed as President Director in 2024 and was reappointed based on the resolution of the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 25, 2025, as stated in Deed No. 44 dated June 25, 2025. As President Director, he is responsible for leading and overseeing the Company's overall operations, including direct supervision of the Internal Audit Division.

He has no affiliation with any other members of the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, or the majority and/or controlling shareholders, other than JA Mitsui Leasing, Ltd.

Denny Dilham

Executive Director

An Indonesian citizen. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 2002.

Professional Experience:
He has over 20 years of professional experience in the financial services and leasing industry, having held various strategic positions in national and multinational companies. His career includes roles such as Marketing Special Initiatives Manager at ABN AMRO Bank Indonesia in the Credit Card and Personal Loan division (2005–2006), Anti-Attrition Manager and Assistant Vice President – Loyalty & Rewards Head at HSBC Indonesia's Credit Card division (2006–2008), and Assistant Vice President – Loyalty and Features Development Head at Royal Bank of Scotland's Credit Card division (2008–2010). He then joined PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, where he led the Consumer Banking Directorate overseeing Retail Banking, Consumer Asset, and Credit Card divisions (2010–2016). He subsequently served as President Director and CEO at PT Puncak Finansial Utama (2016–2017), Director and CEO at PT IndoArtha Perkara Sukses (2017–2023), and Director at PT Transaksi Artha Gemilang (2020–2023).

He was appointed for his first term of office as Executive Director in 2022 and was reappointed based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 24, 2025, as stated in the Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 44 dated June 25, 2025. He is responsible for directing and overseeing all activities within the Corporate Financing and Commercial Financing Divisions. He also holds strategic oversight responsibility for the Human Capital and Customer Relationship Management Divisions, which he carries out through coordination and supervision of the Chief responsible for these functions.

Takao Aoyama

Executive Director

A Japanese citizen. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Law from Meiji University, Japan, in 1997.

Professional Experience:
He has built his extensive career at JA Mitsui Leasing, Ltd. (JAML) since 1997 and has held various strategic positions both in Japan and overseas, including Account Executive in the Marketing & Sales Department (2002–2004), Director, Senior Vice President & Corporate Secretary in the Marketing Sales Department at JAML Corporation New York, USA, and Marketing Director at PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia (2021–2025). Since April 2018, he has served as Assistant General Manager in the Overseas Business Planning Department, Business Planning Division at JAML Japan.

Appointment and Responsibilities:
He was first appointed as Executive Director in 2025 based on the resolution of the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 25, 2025, as stated in Deed No. 44 dated June 25, 2025. As Executive Director, he is responsible for leading and overseeing all activities within the Finance, Accounting & Tax, Corporate Planning & Performance Management, and General Affairs & Procurement Divisions.

Arif Budiman

Director

An Indonesian citizen, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Trisakti University in 2002.

Professional Experience:
He has over 20 years of experience in the financing industry and risk management, having held various strategic positions at several financing companies and major industrial groups, among others serving as Head of multiple operational sites at PT United Tractors Tbk (2003–2006), and holding strategic roles in credit, risk management, and finance at PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance (2008–2010). He further advanced his career at PT Chandra Sakti Utama Leasing (2014–2019) with key responsibilities in asset management, corporate strategy, risk management, and technology. He then served as Chief Operating Officer at PT Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk (2019–2023) before joining PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia (2023–2025) as Chief Transformation Officer.

He was appointed for his first term of office as Director in 2025 based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 25, 2025, as stated in the Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 44 dated June 25, 2025.
