Professional Experience:
He has over 15 years of experience in the fields of legal, compliance, audit, and corporate secretarial functions, and has held various strategic positions. His previous roles include Industrial Relations Section Head at Astra Credit Companies (2006–2008), Corporate Secretary & Legal Analyst (2009–2011), and Legal Dispute Coordinator (2011–2013). He then served in multiple key roles at PT Bussan Auto Finance, including Industrial Relations Head (2013), Compliance Head (2014–2015), Operation Audit Head (2015–2017), and Head of Legal & Litigation (2017–2021). He continued his career as Head of Operational Loss Prevention at Kawan Lama Group, Jakarta (2021–2022), before joining PT Indomobil Finance Jakarta as Legal Division Head (2022–2025) and Corporate Secretary (2023–2025).

Appointment and Responsibilities:
He was appointed for his first term of office as Corporate Secretary in 2025 and is responsible for advising and ensuring the Company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the financing industry to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners, supporting the implementation of good corporate governance, and serving as a liaison between the Company and its shareholders, regulators, and other stakeholders.
